How Diamond conducts Heat.Diamond and graphite can a good conductor of heat(better than silver) at particular set of conditions.what is the process...

Diamonds are able to conduct heat so well due to their
unique physical properties.  The extremely stong carbon bonds as well as the lattice
structure allow heat to travel along a diamond without damaging it.  Specifically, heat
is conducted via the lattice vibrations, which have a high velocity and frequency, due
to the strong bonding of the carbon atoms and the high symmetry of the
lattice.
